CLSA First Meeting of the year

Sorry for all the confusion, it's been an administrative challenge for me the past few weeks, but I think it's all coming together.

Our first meeting will be Monday, October 1 at 12:30 in Room 204. (upstairs)

Please come out and meet who is on campus this term. We'll discuss what we want the club to be this year, possible events, speakers, conferences and possible studies.

Welcome Back

Well, the summer is over and another term of law school has commenced. A number of CLSA members are not on campus this term, but with the incoming first year students and remaining CLSA members on campus it should be a great year.

The past president of the UBC CLSA, Geoffrey Trotter, is clerking with the BC Supreme Court in Victoria this year and wants to host a dinner at his house for the UVic CLSA members and incoming students. Stay tuned for more details!

The first CLSA meeting will be held on Monday, September 24. Room to be determined.
